Your birth experience is unique, and your childbirth education should be too. Private classes provide a gentle, personalized approach to help you feel informed, confident, and supported as you prepare for labor, birth, and postpartum. Whether you desire a natural birth, need guidance on medical options, or want to ease any fears, these sessions are designed around your specific needs.

If you prefer a group setting, I can also connect you with a class through an agency that I teach for.
